Public fast charging facilities that pass the acceptance and have an average online rate of not less than 90% per month will be rewarded according to the 0.03/ KWH standard, and the annual electricity amount of each pile enjoying the award is not more than 100,000 KWH.
Public charging facilities along highway service areas, national and provincial highways and intercity expressways that pass acceptance and have an average monthly online operation rate of not less than 95% will be rewarded according to 0.1 yuan/KWH standard.

1. Subsidies for public quick-filling pile construction. In order to increase the construction of charging infrastructure in our city, support charging pile enterprises to build high-power and high-utilization charging piles, and guide enterprises to increase construction efforts in the "short board" areas of charging pile layout outside the central urban area and highway service areas in our city through differentiated subsidies. One-time construction subsidies of 150 yuan/kW and 200 yuan/kW for new DC charging piles in the central urban area and outside the central urban area, respectively; In the city highway service area, 3A level (including) above the new DC charging pile to give a one-time construction subsidy of 300 yuan/kW; In the city, a new high-power charging pile with a power of not less than 350 kilowatts will be given a one-time construction subsidy of 350 yuan/kilowatt.
2. Subsidies for public slow filling pile construction. In order to improve the proportion of charging infrastructure construction in various buildings and build a perfect charging service network, a one-time construction subsidy of 50 yuan/kW is given to the construction of AC charging piles and low-power DC charging piles in internal parking Spaces of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations, private enterprises, parks, business districts, tourist attractions, etc.
3. Subsidies for "unified construction and management" of residential communities. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the service guarantee ability of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure", support the use of public parking Spaces in residential communities and affordable housing, the construction of special charging parking Spaces, the unified construction of unified charging infrastructure, the development of time-sharing intelligent and orderly charging, and give a one-time construction subsidy of 50 yuan/kilowatt.
4. Reward for upgrading of public quick-filling piles. In order to continue to improve the utilization rate of charging stations, support the DC charging piles completed and accepted before December 31, 2018, and put into use, and the annual capacity utilization rate of the station is less than 2% in the previous year, to upgrade the power. For the power upgrade part, a one-time upgrade reward of 100 yuan/kW is given.
5. "Charging and Storage" experience center demonstration operation reward. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Action Plan of Chongqing to Promote the Construction and Service of Intelligent Network Connected New Energy Vehicle Infrastructure (2022-2025), it is encouraged to build an experience center with diversified service formats such as charging (replacement) electricity, energy storage, and smart parking, and equipped with basic living facilities. For the public quick-charging piles built in the experience center with an average single gun power of not less than 120 kW, give 200 yuan/kW, give 400 yuan/kW to high-power charging piles with an average single gun power of not less than 350 kW, and give 400 yuan/kW one-time subsidy to the changing station.
